Before Christmas a foam factory had a major fire, of which the foam has blocked all the storms drains. Everytime it rains the street becomes a lake and stays so for at least 3 days. I cannot get to me office, my customers cannot get to my office. The problem was reported by the owner of the company to JRA numerous times, as it has by me and nothing gets done, at all. Time is coming that JRA will be sued for loss of business and damages.
