I was at the library just wanting to print some papers from the smartcape computers. I printed the papers the librarian whose name is Analisa qua went to fetch papers in the back I went on with selecting book. When I went to check out my books she gave me the papers. I checked the papers and there was 6 blank pages inbetween them. I asked her why I had to pay for the blank pages she started raising her voice. And I told her I can't pay for blank pages she told me I must just use the pages. Was it to much to ask for her to just take the blank pages which she could reuse and give my money back? This is not the first time I've received bad service here but I will not be going back to this libraary again! This has happened before and they took the blank pages and gave me my money back what was her problem?
