Ineffective call center and service

I have registered a business in December, however I have not received my certificates in my email yet. I have been trying to call the CIPC call center, and not once have I ever got a response. All I ever get is the music and the talking machine. I really don't know where to go for help. It almost seems as if the guys on the streets in Sunnyside would be more effective than the office itself.

This lack of service is really depressing.
