29 January 2014 11:05am I send a sms to City of Tshwane about cables falling out of a fuse. I do have 3 phase electricity on a smalholding in Kameeldrif area in Pretoria.
Today 30.1.2014 at 11:06am there is still no sign of an electrician. I do not have any more water as I need electricity to get the water out of the borehole.
I phoned a lady, (that is suppose to be a senior in the electricity department) for help. 9:22 she told me she will investigate and call me back in 30 minutes.
30 minutes is way gone!!! No electricity, no one calling me back! But I have to pay my bill!!!
The lady's name is Cynthia Mbisa. My reference number yesterday was 164/29. My reference number today is 7/30
