City Power is Powerless to Resolve Faulty Accounts

Duplicate Account since June 2012. Spoke to Gabu at Randburg for one year, only to find out they cant resolve it. Was forced to go to JHB Branch who cannot resolve it, was sent to Jorrisen Street, who said we have to go back to JHB Branch to resolve it. NO RESOLUTION!!! Now we are in communication with ASMA, who has still not replied to any of our emails.

We have all the payment receipts for amounts charged. Each receipt amount to the cent appears on another account.

Is City Powers Staff opening duplicate accounts to force clients to bribe staff to resolve them???

Who is in Charge???
