WRONG BILLING ON ACCOUNT

I have being trying to resolve a wrong billing on my account sense 2010 and not getting any luck, CITY POWER is always losing or deleting my reference numbers and they they want to cut the power. I thought ofter Carte blanc aired the problems with the billing it would inprove not so lucky, I'm know forced to go Jorrisen street tomorrow because they have sent me yesterday another notice letter to cut which writen on the 20 May and I received it yesterday, I'm getting to a point that I don't know what to do about the account.
