On the 19th of January I was involved in a bumper bashing accident involving 3 cars at the corner of January Masilela and Lynnwood road. This was the first time I was involved in an accident since I acquired my license back in 2007. I had no idea what to do and what is need to process a claim and what not. Then one of the drivers suggested that we should go to the Garsfontein police station to report the incident. We got there and CONSTABLE KEKANA was so helpful even after one of the involved drivers (no offence an Asian lady) who couldn't speak English well was shouting at him because He kept asking her what is your license code and She had no idea what a license code is for her license. She kept on shouting "this is an international license" she kept saying it over and over again but the calmness of the Constable was amazing. And He explained to the lady and He was so helpful in writing the statement of what happened. He made the whole stressful process easy and told us not to worry we should just give our insurers the Accident Report number and everything will be sorted from there.
EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM Cons. KEKANA. I know we complain about our SAPS service but they differ.
