Unable to link existing Gold cards

I have 7 gold cards which I bought since the gautrain operated. I asked if I could register my card and my family members. This benefit is available to new customers only as they can request the card to be personalised. The Rhodesfield station and Rosebank had forms in the begining of the service for customers to provide their personal details to be linked to the cards. The call centre is not aware of this process at all.
I feel that customers who have existing card which are not personalised or linked do not benefit. Only new customers who are aware of the service will benefit.
Gautrain is happy as they will benefit from the funds unused, should you lose your card and its not personalised. I wonder how many people have lost even if its R10... One can buy a half loan of bread.
Surely, the system can be changed to accommodate the existing customer's cards to be personalised as well. Update the internet to have the facility as well... You cant even check your balance online, which is also shocking in this day and age...
