Well Duane, you blew me away this morning with your friendly, efficient service. I am well aware that the Dept.of Home Affairs is busy, and I have received excellent service there, now and in the past. After using the on line service to check the status of my passport application and getting a code I was unable to find out what that code meant. One call, answered quickly and all the information I needed was given to me along with a reference number. I am glad that call was recorded. Keep up the good work.
