They put the incorrect results on there system when i gave them the correct results from the college where i done my N3.Now nobody can assist me in putting the correct results in order for me to obtain my Matric Certificate. It's 10 years now and because of one person's mistake my life is not good, iam unemployed thanks to them. They say results can be rectified at the Pretoria branch, however Pretoria does not even have any of my results, so how can they change it if they don't have it. Iam disgusted in the way the Education Department operates and the way in which they mess up people's lives like this. Nobody even gets back to you when you call or email them.
