I sms'd 301220 and promptly received a ref number. And then... what?.. Nothing...
How about the useless 0860 103 089 number? Nothing too! One just wait's indefinitely in the queue, if there were one to begin with because one can't really say if there is such a thing, it may be bogus. Apparently all my friends and handy-man tell me to forget that "086" number because they NEVER pickup, (press 1 for English, Have Your Account Number Ready, blah blah blah.) So tell me, who said this DA run province was better that others again?
BTW, I eventually sorted the problem myself, without the City Of Cape Town useless help.
