Burst Sewage pipe in my yard

The sewage pipe as burst in my yard logged a call with Germiston Municipality at 18h30 on the 12/12/2013. It's been almost 17 hours and no one as come out to attend to that complaint. My whole back yard is flooded and there is a lot of damage to my property. I have call the municipality over 6 times and no one can give me the help or time for my complaint.
