On the 28.11.2013 we had a hail in Soshanguve and other sarrounding areas, the electricity went down then after around 11pm it came back but at my home it did'nt come back there for the next day i went to report then i never got assistance as I was told to call a call centre to log my call or sms so that the technician can come and sort and check the power failer, I did sms my Power, my name and the str address on the number then came Saturday to monday there was no reply the on Tuesday I called their call centre to log a call then I was given a reference number 635/3 and told that an electrician will come to sort the electrical problem and I went home still there was no service. I also sent an email still no respose and I made follow ups still today the is no serviceent
