Exceptional service - so unexpected!

I was serviced by a young man at the Cape Town Municipality (Strand vehicle license payment counter) who was friendly, pro-actively helpful (he even completed a form without me asking for such help - to transfer the vehicle's postal adress). THE EXTRA MILE - came when he even allowed me to draw cash from a nearby OTM after their closing time. I have NEVER left a civil service office with such a positive feeling & am now dreaming that this young man's passion & pride will spill over in the rest of the governmental departments!
