What a load of crocks. I purchased a Kia K2700 for cash, paid in three separate instalments. I took possession of the vehicle a week before the last payment was made. On another occassion I had the vehicle serviced and was allowed to do a payment 5 days later, yet when they needed to replace the brake shoes, they refused to release the vehicle until R1400.00 was paid. I waited for 3 hrs before they sent me the invoice and lost a R15000.00 sale due to their double-standards. No Service Manager available to speak to me. This is the straw that broke the camel's back. I will NEVER do business with them again and will actively discourage others from using their service centre.
