Phoned the call centre to setup a lost password have phoned 6 times been asked for case number and after input i recieve a new case number and get put on hold. I have gone to the doornkloof branch 4 times and they are useless telling me to phone the number. The claim of e filing being easy is!!! Get your act together as you cause people not to pay tax!!!
