Bad Service

I am utlley shocked at the service level i have recieved from Home Affairs.
We applied for Unabridge birth certificate 10 weeks ago.
we have been calling them for the past 3 weeks and we have been told that it has been lodge at head office and no one ever gets back to me with regards to the matter.
We need the documentation for travelling purposes and my visa could declined, please can anyone assist in getting the documents.
