Metrobus has the worst service I've ever experienced, if the buses don't come late they forever getting stuck causing us to be late for work and have no sense of urgency. Yesterday I almost missed an exam waiting for the 412 bus which never came and I had to end up using another mode of transport which cost me cash but I have paid for metrobus trips and don't get the service that I have paid for. Today is another story where the bus is stuck the driver left and we have to now wait for the next bus. I tagged in the bus and used a trip but the bus got stuck before I could reach my destination and now I have to pay to use a different mode of transport where no one will refund me for my lost trip. I'm really not happy with the service that is offered by metrobus and 412 seems to be the worst.
