Taking Clients Seriously

I accompanied my partner who had an appointment at the Hospital (Anti natal Clinic) yesterday. For hours our file could not be found because Archive's Department were in the process of moving to the Newly Build Hospital structure which caused the inconvenience. After failing to get solution with ADMIN, we then requested to see the CEO so that the patient could get treated. We saw the CEO's deputy Dr Aitkins who was very helpful and moved around the Hospital to search for the CEO, found her, and her attitude towards our problem was just as great and professional, she arranged that a temporary file be open and the patient treated, this was no rocket science solution but the spirit behind it said a lot about her attitude towards Client Care and her management style. Often and generally Health Workers get more pounding than complements because of state of affairs. We saw it fitting then to express our sincere gratitude towards Management of Gordonia Hospital at the New building with state of the art facilities. We hope that we will continue to get above par service which we deserve as Clients, and we will be on a lookout for improvement which she promised.
