My niece's car was by a 22 year old boy named Kevin Ferley. The car had Jewellery, Shoes, Laptops, clothing, Hair-iron and a GPS inside, all this to the value of approximately R15000.00. The car was returned by his friend. But he and probably sold what was inside.
We went to the Florida Police station because the had taken place in Fleurhof which falls under their jurisdiction, to launch a case against the missing and we gave them his name.
The police merely replied: "we cannot do anything... You need to ask him to give your stuff back".
I was astounded. This is just another example of the incompetence of South African Police. We the taxpayers can do nothing.
What do I do???
