Please help, I dont complain allot but when someone takes money from me because someone is not doing their job I have the right to complain. I closed our W&E account in Apr 2013 by settling the amount as requested by the Agent in order for the new tenant to move in. The accounts department told me that I must come and collect my cheque to claim my deposit that I paid when opening the account. I returned after a couple weeks and they did not have record of the application so I re applied again after waiting in an hour queue. They said that they will contact me when the cheque is ready.
We are now in October and I decided to make contact and esquire about my deposit. I spoke to Monika or Monica and she said that there were deductions in? JULY? and they took it from the deposit, I don't have anything left. I asked her to check again as i settled the account in APR.
I think that I am being treated unfairly, I would like my deposit back. I am sure that I can pull up all the proof necessary upon request but it would cost me EVEN MORE ADMIN TIME!
Please give me back what is rightfully mine
