Home Affairs official Morile Moketsi from Vereeniging Home affairs rudely shouted at me when I queried the amount that he had asked to pay. He then came out his cashier office and continued to belittle me in front of his co-workers and public. He started making declamtory statements and laughing in my face. When I politely told him he was being rude he just continued to make a scene, berating me. When I asked to see his manager, he laughed and said I'm welcome too because his manager will not care. He then started discussing and rudiculing me with his colleaques. I told him that his behaviour is unprofessional and that he cannot shout at people. He just laughed and continued ridiculing me to his colleaques and the people in the queue.
