The street light infront of my house does not work. I logged a call on the 18th of November 2011 and the lady told me this will take up to 3 weeks to fix. On the 19th of November 2011 I phoned again and reported a water leak. Same story about 3 weeks to fix was explained to me. I have been waiting for 3 weeks and did alot of follow ups on the reference numbers given but still waiting for service. Everytime I do a follow up they assure me that they will send an email to the persons responsible and Im still waiting. The attitude of the staff is also horrific. We need to make payments on time otherwise the power will be cut but they cannot deliver service. I need help urgently.
