This company is a good example of bad service... Man, I can not even try to to explain how difficult it is to solve a problem over the phone (that is IF they answer), as we are not residing in Bloem, but 800km away. I started the 24th of September with calls, emails and still have not achieved anything but explaining myself over and over regarding my dilemma. My elderly mother is very ill and there is a CREDIT on her account which is due to her. She sold her property in June 2013. If I live in Bloem, I will go solar and batteries so that I do not have to work with them...
