Name change taken morethen 5 months

Handed in our name change documents to CIPC on the 20/05/2013, now it is over 4 months and still NOTHING has been done! How can a companies operate when these departments are not so helpful at all! You call the call centre and they advise you first it will take 6 weeks, then after 7 weeks STILL nothing has been done, you call back again and after holding on for nearly an hour until somebody decides to answer the phone, to inform you they cant tell you when it will be done as they have a back log from the beginning of the year! HOW POSSIBLE IS THIS, IT IS OVER 4 MONTHS. spoke to lady who promised me the world that my staff will be sorted and she even went to the supervisor name JANE MOLEDWE, yet her office line number is forever on voicemail. (0123945294). this is something so simple " changing the name" my company certificate came back with the registration number as the name of the company instead of the name. Please urgently attend to this, i have missed big deals
