On Thursday our water was cut by the Oostenberg Municipality. We have been paying our account every month plus arrears. The calculation they made advised we pay R1000 extra to cover areas which we did. Their calculation was wrong they were out by R4000. We paid this. its Saturday late afternoon and still no water and we have been phoning and phoning. We have 2 special needs boys we can't bath them our dishes are stinking the kitchen out and we can't bath. The municipality just don't care. We need water urgently.
