Delay in a Divorce Pension Payout

I must be honest after a friend suggesting that I go onto Hello Peter I feel more despondent than ever. I have sat reading some random complaints and everything they have been told... yes I have been told.
I specifically couriered all my document with all the originals to Karin Smith. I then phoned to confirm if the Documents had been received on which I was told No. I was then prepared to re-obtain the originals (which would include re-certifying everything) and then after a double-check I was told the documents had been received. From here I was told everything would be submitted to the legal team and need to follow up with them now. I am being told that I need to follow up every week and remain patient and hopeful. I have been following up for months now and it's the same line every week. I have definitely lost all hope. After speaking to a Call Centre Agent I was told there are only 4 people doing the work and they have put a request in for extra manpower. Apparently there is a backlog which they are trying to get through. Really? We follow up every week not because we want to but because we are desperate. Can someone not asssit all the people out there including myself?
