Refund due on SARSefiling

SARSefiling there is something wrong with your system. My 10 year old paid tax and is due a refund. The assessment showed that he was due this refund. Then we were required to submit IRP5s which I attached. A new assessment was returned to say he owed SARS the amount he already paid. After hours of time wasted on the phone daily trying to explain to your call centre personnel that my son is at school and cannot come to the phone, and that he does not have a clue about tax, and that I am his mother and act on his behalf, hence I have his all my details on his efiling profile, and no I cannot waste a day in the SARS queue to sort this out, they return a third assessment which says there is no money due to him. I cannot waste anymore time on this. Even my notice of appeal was rejected..Please sort out this mess. He has received annual refunds for the past 5 years within 48 hours. Your system is busy failing.
