I was referred to HJH breast clinic by a friend lynette batchelor who had undergone surgery 3 months. I am in desperate need of a reduction and was given an admission date which was yesterday. I was asked to be at the hospital at 7am I was only admitted after 4pm that evening. No explanation. Today I was meant to be operated at 15:15 I was told I must go home, they could not operate bcoz the HOD dr mia was off sick. I have taken leave for 3 week's I am getting married on 7th sep, my husband took leave. What makes doctors think they can treat people with no care in the world and not take into consideration the repercussions such carelessservice would have on the patient. I paid 15357 two months ago. I am not expecting free care and even if I Was there is a simple etiquette called communication that curbs such unpleasant situations. I would like a full refund of my I would rather pay more and be treated with respect and consideration at another institution. Even the nurses were shocked by the way my case was handled. Appalling behaviour by people we most respect.how dare you treat people in this manner.
