Hi,

I'm disappointed that I was at the clinic before it opened at 7:45 but its 9:00 and I have even been attended to for family planning. Something that can take 5 mins. I asked time off work to get delayed by lack of staff or procedures which are a waste of time. They should get more staff or some form of way to work around people who are sick and those who need pills.

This is purely a waste of time to wake up early.
