So that's how we play this game, when someone posts a complaint on your FB wall it gets deleted rather than attended toe?!?
Well it won't stop there.
I am upset with the events at the Rosebank station this morning. I arrived around 7h45 with an 8 car train. We all went through the turnstiles towards the Rosebank Zone exit only to find that the stairs were cordoned off as the roller doors at the top was closed. The security would not allow us to pass back through the top area to use the other exit. 100 People had to stand like a herd of cattle to get into the lift 6 at a time (although the max indicated is 8), as the elevator would sound an overload warning when nr 7 steps in. This is totally unacceptable, could they not just tell us to use the other exit?
Watch this space as i am now, after your blatant deletion of my complaint even more determined to take this matter further.
