On the 06/07/2013 is when i submitted my assessment. the calculation on the sars website said i would get back R1995 then when the final assesment was done, they advised they owe me 0.34 cents... How on earth does that figure differ SO MUCH! a dispute was lodged on the 10/07 and still no feedback. when you call the call centre you get told efilling you just have to wait we cant help you. please can someone help me without me having to speak to brick walls?!
if i gave that service or lack thereof to my customers i would be fired! they didnt even ask for my tax number or iD number. when will i recieve feedback for my dispute?!
