I went ton BoksBURG Licence Department to apply for a Traffic Register Number and i was told by Susan (supervisor) to go back to Zimbabwe and get a licence
[URL Removed] from there. There are no longer issuing licences to foreigners. Loooking at the this website it says the opposite. Im not sure what documentation are they using to discriminate foreign nationals. The lady (Susan) is very rough and she speaks sotho which we dont even understand, all i heard is go back to our country (this greatly angered me. If the information on the website is true then i will have to sue the traffic department.
