Trying to have a discussion with the Ombadsman is a total waste of time. Never have I spoken to someone who contradicts himself so much. Apparently a previous ruling of "Fairplay" cannot be used as the Ombudsman does not work on Precedant. His reason why they can not is because no case is the same, but in law where they do work on precedent, where do find two cases are the same, so Peter you are clueless.
He does not work on precedent but then continues to compare my case giving an example of pure negligence compared to my legitimate claim.
In conclusion all I can say is do not bother wasting six months of your time hoping to get a fair judgement from the Ombudsman. Get yourself a good lawyer and go straight to court.
