I need urgent help please- I received a fine that I need to dispute and a complaint a want to lodge against one of your employees that handled me with extreme disrespect and aggravated an already bad situation. I actually broke down and cried at your information office.
I have set up the e-mail to be sent to [Email Removed] as this is the only information that is supplied on the fines document. The delivery fails from both my e-mail addresses to the above mentioned address.
I have contacted your customer service department who told me I need to call 011 253 0019- then they place me through to Sandton. When I finally get through to Sandton after the sixth time she tells me I need to call back in fifteen minutes- I request her number and she tells me I need to call the same number I dialled- but I needed to dial 011 253 0019 every time as they can't give me the number to whomever they are placing me through.
I have always spoken well of your personnel and the manner in which they handle clients- but in three days' time I have never been so disappointed, badly handled and dissatisfied with a company that I am now.
