Terrible attitude and downright rude!!!

We sent our company banker an email @ 12:00 requesting that he updates the dailt limit on one of the directors cheque cards. we stated that this is urgent. we hadnt heard back from him by 14:30 so we called him. He tells us that we cannot increase our limit online due to the system, So we ask him to do it. he tells us that we must call a call centre and they will do it for us. We told him that is unacceptable, and he ignores our request. I get on the line with him and his atitude escalates and he tells me that he will not do it. I ask him to send that infomation in an email so we can dispute it, because FNB advertises that we can do that any time. He says he will not send and email and will get back to us next week Tuesday. I ask him for his manager name and number, and gives me his number and then hangs up. FNB this is after we have already requested that we get another Business banker after numerous complaints about Themba, his attitude and lack of Delivery.
