Bad Attitude Incompetant Staff on Accounts

UGU District Municipality is an Institution that enjoys A LOT OF NEGATIVE PUBLICITY on a regular basis in the daily papers in KZN. IT is kind of a regular space to watch in the papers. Corruption; Bad Service; Bad attitude and a list to long to discuss on this platform.
I have been paying my 3 accounts regularly as presented on the statements received from them.
EVERY month their are disputes. The moneys are transferred into the account details on the Invoice but NEVER REFLECTS on your invoice, YOU KEEP BEING CHARGED FOR 30 60 90 DAYS IN ARREARS.
The staff is totally incompetent. Messages do not get delivered to the person responsible, e mails don't get answered. The 1 unit was without resident since 16 February 2013-the water bill keeps increasing into the sky.
Multiple e-mails was sent, incorrect e-mail addresses was given to me for the Office Manager Mr Naidoo ALSO does he NOT REPLY ON CALLS: IS NEVER AVAILABLE: TOTALLY IGNORE E MAIL COMPLAINTS. It is a total lost case to try and communicate to the staff. They cannot successfully take down a cellphone number. Metres is covered with soil and is impossible to read. On what do they base the rates charged. It cannot even be read??
