I needed to get my drivers license converted because I was living outside South Africa when I got it. I went to the traffic department and was told I needed to get a letter from the embassy of the country I acquired my license in and from the western cape government in Cape Town. After a lot of difficulty I managed to get both those letters and then went back to the traffic department in durbanville where they told me that I need to see Mr Virgin, but that he was unavailable and I must come back on Tuesday. On Tuesday I went back and was told he would not see me after 12pm and I must come back on Friday. I asked to speak to him and was denied. I then went back on Friday and finally managed to see him when he told me to come back the following Monday. I was not very impressed at all and proceeded to tell him that this was the 3rd time I had been sent away and that I am very upset. He then said he would only help me later and that I must come back in the afternoon so I did that. When I came back he processed my papers for me and it only took him less than 10 minutes to do that. I was very disappointed that someone would be so mean over something so simple and quick to do!
