No repair service delivered by City power for 4 days and counting on my prepaid meter all my fridge items gone bad, my child is struggling. from the Joburg call center promising a 4 hour response and then getting absolutely rude and basically saying stuff you indirectly. From promising 4 hours to not even responding and making excuses including that they are in the area. Joburg call center dropping your calls when you follow-up, holding on for more than an hour for three days. It is a circus.
