Good day
My cousin submitted her UIF forms on the 11 June 13, of which I was advised that the funds will be in my account within two working days.
Yesterday when I phoned Phumzile advised me that the system is offline, she took her ID number, telephone number and promised to phone her but to no avail.
I'm appalled by the service I received as this is uncalled for, regardless of what she relies on this funds to make ends meet.
