Bad Attitude

When we came there today, (for Passports) they told us they were offline and don't know how long we will wait and then I asked the lady at Reception for their telephone number so that I can phone before I go there again (incase they we offline again) and she said they don't have a working telephone for longer than two months now!! This is the Department of Home Affairs... and no working telephone number?? Wow!!
