After endless online contact forms filled in i decide to phone first call i was on hold for 16 mins no answer yesterday 27-05-2013 i phone again following the voice prompts held on for 10 mins some one answered to my amazement it was some one in the Home loans department who cant assist me as i have to speak with some one in the loans department she transfers me and i continue holding on 37 minutes and 16 seconds later i decide to hang up no answer from nedbank i have the bill to pay
PLEASE I JUST NEED MY STATEMENT AND SETTLEMENT FIGURE MAILED TO ME IS THAT SO BLERRY DIFICULT
