Poor services from the account department

I Mrs Selvy Reddy I.D No 7001110244085, was hosptial on the 24th November 2022 until the 30th November 2022, I recieved treament and medical support from the doctors which was not 100% and I was not advised the procedure done on me was going to be my own cost. Later in the month of January 2023 I received an SMS that I was responsible for a shortfall of R6500 that was not paid by my medical aid. I then tried calling the accounts department to seek for help, no one answers the call. Again I tried calling the lady answered and advised me that there was a technical problem with the computers she is unable to inform me when this will be resolved or when she can asssit me.

I am still waiiting for asssistance in resolving my payment of the bills.
