HOC QUERY LOGGED 30 DAYS AGO, WHATS YOUR SLA

An HOC claim was logged over a month ago, to date there has been no feedback. Even though Bheki Mashele one of the consultants dealing the matter is reading my emails.
This is appalling service/diservice, I've been a customer for over 15 years and have 2 properties bonded to SBSA and have never experienced such!

Please rectify IMMEDIATELY
