No refund after Beeld cancelled as from 3 Jan 2013

In December I called media24 to cancel the daily newspaper. Not withstanding that calls are recorded the payment was deducted till end March. I did not receive the daily paper.

I called again in February and was requested to sent my bank detail to have the money paid back. Money was not paid back in April.

I called them 3rd time in April Today I received a call today that to inform me that R78 will be paid back.
On my call in April I also requested that money for the Rapport also be paid back, as it was not delivered in March (Only 1). I also cancelled the Rapport and expect a refund as wel
