Clearly there is something wrong with the way Avusa is doing business. Firstly i had a problem with deliverly, after numberless complaints it was sorted.
Today i am receiving invoice for sowetan i never subcribed for. I have never subscribed to Sowetan. It was part of the deal i had that i will receive it once a week. What they know is to send me invoices while they are owing me. They refund me for the subscribtion i did not received rather that sending me invoice.
They are realy me off. My next step is to end business with them. I am simple tired of this.
Sort this mess otherwise i am going to end our relationship. Remember, i can always reverse monies deducted from my account.
