Account still not sorted out

I was informed that my complaint will be dealt with in 36 hours I received one phone call and still the account was not cancelled and that was last week Colleen promised to call me back with feedback but never did still waiting for the call that confirms my sunday times account has been cancelled and my refund finalised.
