This is the second month that my issue of Women's Health hasn't been delivered. I know it wasn't posted, because I would get an sms to say when it has, and I haven't received anything. What is the point of subscribing to the magazine then??? When this happened with my July issue, I sent an email, and the people responding to my emails kept going on about utter nonsense. It was only resolved when I actually phoned and spoke to someone. One thing is sure, tomorrow is the last time I will be phoning to complain. I definitely will not be renewing my subscription when it expires. I actually feel like cancelling my subscription and asking for my money back.
