I subscribed to Seventeen for a year and in Nov 2013 I was informed via letter that Media24 will no longer publish it. I could either get the balance refunded for the balance, or subscribe to an alternative magazine. I opted to subscribe to Fair Lady and was told it was too late for the Dec 2013 issue but was assured I would receive the January issue. It is now late January and I have received nothing. I followed up again last week and was promised a call - nothing.
Looking at the number of complaints on this site I definitely don't want to become another frustrated subscriber. Just refund me my money, please. Thank you.
