I am subscribed to sunday times newspaper and I pay by debit order every month, but they don't deliver the paper every week as per agreement, if I don't call them asking about their deliveries then i dnt get the paper delivered. I don't understand the fact that I have to call and remind them to deliver the paper that I pay for every month whereas they debit the monthly fee without being reminded and they get the full amount. I am very unhappy with the service I'm receiving from them, that I even regret the agreement I made when I subscribed because I agreed believing that they'll keep up to their end of the bargain.your assistance will be highly appreciated.
